hmm…?

June 19th, 2006

finally the drama thing is over. no more practises at night, no more fights, no more stay ups. yeah, it sounds like ‘what a relief’ but i think i’m gonna miss ‘em all. especially the dancing practise. lol. of course we (our EEEA) group didnt have any coreographer and we thougt all the steps by ourselves but that was what we enjoyed the most. we don’t care we didn’t win but we’re proud of what we did.people said our group ‘captured our audience’ that they expected us to win at the first place, but is that true? i dunno. ask the audience. well, i admit that we’re lack of attractive props and tickling jokes but that’s how our story should be. a serious one. with sad element, happy, suspense, a bit cruel, and regret….i think there’s no use talking about the past (especially when i’m talking alone). let’s move on.

last week, i attended something like a religious talk at the surau (weekly activity actually). at first it was like a okay… the speaker talked about the importance of hygiene in our life and its relationship with our iman.then he suddenly brought up a topic which i didnt expect at all when he said ‘bandaraya kuching is the cleanest city in malaysia’ and THEN, he corrected it, ‘ ah no. kuching is not a bandaraya yet, it’s a bandar. so, let’s think how come a bandar like kuching can be cleaner than bandaraya shah alam?’ oh HELLO?!!is he still living in the 1960s?? i thought people who gives talk are brilliant and educated but hey, that guy doesn’t even know that kuching had been a bandaraya for years!and uh, fyi (those who never come to kuching) it’s no different than oh-what-people-call-modern-and-clean-bandaraya-shah-alam.the infrastructure isnt different at all. well, i’d say kuching is much much cleaner (of course) and beautiful than here. it’s not that i wanna boast, i just want you guys to realize the truth, the fact. i pity those whose mindsets are still in the 1960s. if you just can’t believe me, just book your flight ticket and fly there. i welcome anyone but use your own money la. lol.

y’know, i’ve been wanting to talk about that kind of things for a long time but i just wanna remain silent and be patient. people always look down on me (also others who come from the eastern part). they even ask how do we move there (transportation is what they mean). oh come on!! do you expect we’re living like in a cave and wear nothing except for cawat and we walk miles to go to the school? think logically. if we really do as what you guys are thinking, we wont be here. we won’t even know what a cellphone is. we won’t even know how to use a computer or having email address. and we will be flabbergasted each time we see cars on the road. so, who’s the stupid one right now? judge yourself.

just wait and see. maybe one time you’d come to my place and if you mindset is still the 1960s one, i hope you’d not forget to close your mouth and blink your eyes.

the moral here is; stop looking down at someone for something you aren’t clear of.

Yep, it’s true. Even my friends and family friends from the peninsular agree that Kuching is really clean. I once told a frien that I lived in a treehouse and she believed me. People’s mindsets are simply ridiculous.

Houses are lame. That’s why we live in caves. See, caves are much more fun. You can have your pets piss anywhere they want and your parents won’t complain! I just couldn’t resist giving my two cents too. *snickers*

bandaraya bandar kotaraya all that are just titles.

shouldnt be angry even if people call kuching a kampung. should be sad actually for the person for not knowing and making a fool out of himself.

ive been to alor setar and its so called kotaraya(or summin i dont remember) but it looked like a shithole.

moral is, name/title isnt ething. something can be called bandaraya and be shitty or called a pekan but is much better.

    get it?

Sheraz! Isn’t it wonderful that you have said stuff on your post and out of the blue, the PERFECT example revealed itself?

And this without any effort from you AT ALL! Hahaha!

hahah youre just being biased as hell.

narrow minded people can urm, go back their friends blindly and reject others opinion even if it rings true, because a friend is never wrong if taken to the extreme.

and yeah, i only post this thing when i got the time and im doing this rather effortlessly.

so yeah. you can suck up to your friend so much.

anyway, the bandaraya title is granted. it’s not something you can change anytime you like.
